"This store sold me a pair of UGGs, once I got home I realized one was a size 7 and one was a size 9, after calling the studio a male manager told me to come back up there and he would help us, I went to the studio got two pairs of size 7, I asked for them to show me they were the same size he then quickly put them side by side said see and then proceeded to quickly back in the box, upon returning home again I took them out the box only to find out he gave me a dusty dirty display shoe that was super discolored! Then I called the store and went up there again only for them to tell me they don’t have it in store but that it can be ordered for me so we proceeded to order the shoes this was on the 27th of December on January 5th my order was canceled after I contacted them several times to see what the eta on my order and received no response. I then contacted them about how I would receive my refund and never heard back from them! I would never shop here for shoes again! Worst experience ever and I did not get my shoes or any type of accommodation."

"I guess customers don’t come first at this store? Or at least African American customers…. The manager Jarrell there is so rude!!!! He didn’t greet me when I walked in and instead helped others… excuse me sir, just cause I’m African American you think it’s okay not to help me? I literally walked right out and called corporate on him!!!! That’s so sad we are still getting treated poorly. Journeys please replace that racist man"

"WORST experience I've ever had. I bought shoes for my younger sister and i didn't know her size. When I bought the shoes and asked the associate if i could return them if they were the wrong size. The associate said yes. I asked them AGAIN, if she wears these can she still return them for another size the associate told me so long as their semi clean you can switch them out. When i came today i was denied an exchange EVEN THOUGH i asked and made sure. I spoke with Cassandra and her higher up that was over the phone. I told them the situation and still was denied the exchange. I repeated over and over that i made sure i asked and was still denied. I wasnt compensated and i wasn't served. Completely HORRIBLE customer service. And when i asked for their names they refused to give them to me because they didn't want me to file a complaint against them. Just horrible. I demand to speak to someone else regarding their behavior and what more could have been done. This has been the WORST store i have ever been to."
