"Their machine froze after paying. And they rang me up twice. She stated that the first transaction was canceled. But for some reason, if it went through to call them to fix the issue. They never answer their phone or return my call after leaving a message. Save your money and go to Walmart across the street."

"FYI you can’t return anything here that you bought from the official online store NOR from a mall store!! Bought a hoodie online from the collab with By Way of Dallas that I wanted to return. Also had bought a jacket from the same line but in the wrong size from the store at the Galleria mall. I heard they had some of the jackets from that line in stock in this store, so I called here to check on if they had my correct size and if I could return this hoodie there. No one answered. I called multiple times over two days at different times of the day too, still no answer. Fine, make the 45 minute drive to check it out. Get here, as soon as I walk in the door some male employee immediately accosts me to tell me I can’t return anything here because he can tell by the bag I was carrying my merch in that it’s from a different type of store. Fine, leave me be and let me check for this jacket! Of course they don’t have a single one in stock. I went to the check out to just make sure I can’t return this hoodie or the jacket I got from the galleria. There’s only one party ahead of me, they were not busy. I can hear the phone ringing while I’m standing in line and not a single person going to answer it. When it’s my turn I ask dude if I can return these, no “because it’s from a different warehouse.” Tf?! I tell him that would’ve been nice to know before I drove all the way out here, since I’ve been trying to call and no one ever answers. He said “oh really because we always answer!” Obviously not because the phone is literally ringing as I’m standing here and no one is answering it!! He said “oh well we’re busy ma’am.” ???? There’s like 6 people in this entire store right now FYM?! Whatever, just FYI you can’t return anything here you bought from the official pro shop store OR from a mall store, and the employees here are not inclined to help you with ANYTHING."

"Very nice pro shop. The only con is the prices for a beverage shouldn't be outrageous when there is not an event lol! I mean that's the only thing I have but what do you expect. The store itself had nice things and I even got a mug! Go Cowboys!"
