"Food placements and pick ups are very unorganized, takes very long for whole pizzas to show up. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for 1 whole pizza. Many families waiting around the order pickup but no pizzas coming out. Do not recommend, Costco is much better. And when we asked for a combo (was on their menu) they said they didn’t have it AND when we asked for a water cup they said they didn’t have any unlike Costco which you dont have to pay 90 cents for a soda. DO NOT RECOMMEND, GO TO COSTCO IT IS MUCH BETTER And its not even like the customer service is good, most workers don’t have a good attitude and just feels like a bad atmosphere do be in. COSTCO IS MUCH BETTER"

"I ran to Sam's in Plano because I wanted more Skinny Popcorn. Hubby and I were walking the store ok, so I can't go to Sams without stopping by the clothes section. They have the furry Uggs for $74. I will post pictures. For today, 1/7/24 also A Longhorns game crossbody bag clear for only $9 it so cute. Also DKNY sweats top and bottom are Joggers both for $17.98 so cute if you have a membership don't let these 3 items pass you. For the price."

"I can seriously not say enough great things about the Sam’s Club pick-up team. They are always so kind and quick with my orders (which are many)! They help load everything into the perfect “Tetris” dosing so that I never have to make extra trips no matter HOW big the order is. They are all great, but especially, Sarah! She has gone above and beyond for me and our business…and I cannot thank her enough! All businesses could take a lesson from her and the awesome team members at curbside pick-up!!!"

"The staff in the Pharmacy is amazing but the rest of the store is a different story. Most employees walk the opposite way when they see you and they hardly have a smile on their faces. Also if you call the store they never answer their phone so don’t waste time calling."

"I’ve been shopping at this Sam’s Club for a few years now, and I really like here. The store is always very clean, organized, and everything is priced accordingly. They always have a nice selection of baked goods in the bakery, beautiful flowers in the floral section, and I always make sure to check the clothing section for some Texas gear. Self-checkout is fast and efficient, and most of the employees are friendly and helpful… I say ‘'most”, because I had a negative experience with a woman who works at the customer service counter. I lost my Sam’s card and needed a replacement. She was unfriendly, condensing, and talked down to me like I was a 5yo child. Apparently, this was just in her nature, because she gave the same service to a senior woman ahead of me. Other than this one negative experience, I really enjoy shopping here, and I love the bulk prices."
