Costco Wholesale

"I never had a need for a Costco membership. I finally broke down and started shopping for a hearing aid. After shopping around, in and out of network options. I took the advice of a couple buddies and went to Costco. Their pricing is so much more reasonable than what in network providers offer. Ashley was EXTREMELY helpful. I found her to be cheerful (even though it was close to quitting time!), she had all the answers, had great advice, and she made the experience just fantastic! I highly recommend the East Plano, TX location, and kudos to Ashley for being awesome!"

"It's a very big Costco center. There's a lot of stuff. It has a liquor section attached as well. Parking is enough."

"I found everything I needed. This is not my favorite location. The flow of the layout seems a bit off, and the registers are always pretty backed up. They had lots of selections to choose from. The peaches are back!! Woohooo! There are lots of samples for those who like to try new items. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful throughout and kept very clean. Some people were quite aggressive and upset as they tried to do their shopping. This is common when we are so close to the holidays. It can get shoulder to shoulder with many people, so be sure you are in the right frame of mind when entering. You should expect this and remember to be kind to others."

"Standard Costco experience except it's always been insanely busy when we've gone to this one. It's efficient but requires patience and awareness because so many people are moving. I've witnessed some of the staff be gruff with people just trying to figure out how to buy groceries. Hot food counter is good."

"This costco is pretty big, so you can imagine that there would be pretty full and crowded. But costco in general is a good place to go to if you want to get a lot for a smaller price. However this particular costco's gas station is very crowded. and there are almost always long lines. ⭐️TIP⭐️ if you are driving in Downtown or in Richardson or anywhere close to there, then you will be better off going to the the other Costco. To the gas station i previously reviewed."
