"Extremely rude, receipt checkers. This is not my home Costco, I'm not familiar with the scanning of membership's at the door yet. I get it you need to know if I'm a member, no big deal. However, you don't need to yell at the top of your lungs "Where do you think you are going?" like I'm a child. Ma'am I'm an adult please tell me where you're need me to scan my membership and lets move on. Even the membership desk staff were shaking their heads at the woman checking receipts for being so loud, the membership desk folks apologized and thanked me. Still a little strange to have such a strong reaction even though I was a member with a physical card. Makes me not want to revisit this location again. This occurred, 02.27.24 African American Woman around 12:15pm"

"Really nice Costco. The staff is very friendly and upbeat and polite. Very good prices. Good sized parking lot. I just wish they would put signs up telling you what number you parked in. It is easy to forget where you parked. Very busy on weekends, i highly recommended going on a weekday where it is less crowded. Good place to have lunch In because the price is so reasonable. I would share a hot dog or pizza because it is so huge. I like how they check your reciipt to verify your purchases. As of January 2024 they are testing a check in machine with your picture coming up on the screen. Just FYI."

"We were members of Costco for a number of years before we lapsed in 2015 and never renewed. We decided to stop in today and restart membership. Terri, Bill, and Charles were the true standouts here on today’s visit(12/7/2023). The employees were so kind and helpful and answered any and all questions we had. Terri was able to get me signed up and approved for a Citi VISA Costco Card within a few minutes. She assisted me and my Mom with getting our photos taken for our membership cards as well as downloading the Costco digital membership app on our phones. Everything was efficient, quick, and easy. The checkout process was simple as well. Charles was so pleasant, greeted us with a smile, and had a very professional work ethic. He also engaged in conversation with us and made us feel welcome. I appreciate the customer service we received here. You hear horror stories sometimes from reading google and/or yelp reviews, but I always tend to take those with a grain of salt. Looking forward to returning here for future purchases."

"I love Costco. I get my fruit, meats, deli turkey, veggies, greek yogurt, frozen fruit, new snacks like crispy mushrooms, eggs, premier protein shakes at a discount at time’s, and bread among other things. MY BIGGEST WISHLIST ITEM is for Costco to add Quest Protein chips like the nacho chips and bbq chips to their inventory because I am getting them at target right now. Their current protein snacks are just bars or desserts which i don’t like. PLEASE ADD QUEST CHIPS TO COSTCO PLEASE."
