"The pharmacy team is very good. I’ve got to know Cindy the manager of that department. They take good care of me at the pharmacy and most of the time recognize me when I walk up. They work with me when I have to request info from the doctor or insurance. I’ve moved all of My prescriptions to them."

"The store is always clean, never too busy but the pharmacy can never seem to get it right with me. Once, they didn't give me all of my prescription. On another occasion they didn't tell me that there was a problem with my refill until I came up to the store hours later. They just need to exercise a little more customer service"

"On February12, 2021, I decided to try this drive-thru pharmacy. Worst decision I made. There was only 1 lane opened (why the other was not, have no idea). It took me about 45 minutes to get one RX; when I left there were about 5 cars behind me. The other lane was still closed. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU - it's a total mess!"

"Unfortunately the CVS I normally work with was out of my prescription due to a warehouse shortage and decided to leave it pending since 6/29 instead of calling me. With only 2 pills left, I decided to call around to see if any other pharmacy had it in stock. I called around noon on 7/6 and the woman who helped me was very helpful! I've never switched pharmacies before, so she walked me through all the information she needed, triple checked that they had my prescription, re-re-confirmed the time that it would be ready, and set me up so all I had to do was grab-n-go. I cannot remember her name, but the customer service I received put me at ease, as I was very worried I would have to go without my meds. Thank you!!"

"These are by far the RUDEST people. If I could give a negative star I would. The mgr Cindy wss very nice abs did explain in detail however, her two rude techs were being condesending, rude and lying. First lie, told the Dr's office inside CVS was closed. No. I just left five minutes ago and they were still seeing patients. I'm sick, why else am I getting scrips filled? The techs not trying one bit to help or do anything orher than be rude. Second lie, they couldn't reach the supervising Dr. Another lie, I was actually on the phone with a supervisor as I waited to see if they would even help me. Its been over 45 minutes and I'm still waiting for my prescriptions that were electronically submitted. It's like I'm bothering them to do what they are being paid to do. The trainee Kofi is rude as can be. The other one Daniel. Goodness. Just rude as can be. Never again! OMG... He is horrible."
