"The service at this pharmacy is atrocious! After numerous attemps and visits we have finally given up. If there was a 0 star option I would have selected that option. The staff is rude and unhelpful."

"Definitely not your typical pharmacy. They are definitely verbally aggressive. I don’t like the way I witnessed them talking to elderly customers. I can hear them yelling at customers on the phone. I’m very confused and would normally speak up but they all are sharing the same behavior. Speaking poorly about Obama care and how it’s not financially beneficial to them is a conversation not to be loud about while the customers using that insurance is right in front of them. I honestly recommend going where professionalism service exists… not here. Respectfully it’s uncomfortable here."

"Fantastic! They were able to help when I was in a bind, returned the next month to find the same efficient, prompt, courteous service. From phone to in person. Although they aren’t located conveniently to me, all future prescriptions will gladly be sent here!"

Once I entered the store, a staff member immediately began helping me with my pickup, and I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes. "Beware! Spring Creek Pharmacy will tell you that a prescription is out of stock, when it really is in stock and try to sell you an alternative prescription at a higher cost. I recently went to pick up a prescription for my elderly mom and was told from the young man that works at the front counter that the prescription was out of stock. The young man tried to offer an alternative prescription at a higher cost. The young man wanted to speak with my mom's nurse. A call was made to my mom's nurse and her nurse stated that my mom needed the exact prescription that was called in from the doctor. Another worker had to come help and after spending 10 minutes the correct prescription was brought to the counter after 2 attempts of the wrong prescription. it's so easy for this pharmacy to give out the incorrect prescription. Giving out the wrong prescription can be really dangerous. You have to check with different workers to get the truth. This was my 2nd bad experience with this pharmacy. I will never use again and will not recommend anyone"
