"Pioneer Golf handled our packaged golf trip to St. Andrews, Scotland flawlessly. Pioneer has mastered the art of great communication with its customers, even with the six-hour time difference. Pioneer sent us a detailed itinerary before the trip, including every tee-time and took care of entering us in The Old Course ballot (lottery), which we won on our second day. Every van that drove us around Scotland was luxurious and our driver, Jo, was a terrific partner on the journey, with vast knowledge of his country and the countryside, which is beautiful. "My great experience with Pioneer Golf began with Mitzi. I know nothing about golf but I was trying to plan a surprise trip for my husband. She was amazing and basically held my hand through the whole process. We travel quite a bit and Scotland has now taken over as our favorite place we have ever been. Everything was SO easy! Kari became our trip coordinator and was so willing to work with us and answer SO many questions. (Some in our party were Nervous Nellie’s). She was always so cheerful and helpful. We had no problems with any of our hotel, golf, or dinner reservations that were included in our package. We loved that our hotel was so close to the old course, cute pubs for awesome food, historic sites, fun little shopping areas, and quaint bakeries. The golfers in our group are completely spoiled now to golfing in Scotland and say that going on this trip should be on every golfer’s bucket list. We also loved having our own vehicle to drive around Scotland on our own on the days that the guys weren’t golfing."
