"Great experience all the way around. Food was wonderful. Totally suggest the Nemo roll. It was delicious. Also the tempura cheesecake for dessert. It was really good with a light dusting of powered sugar and fresh Strawberry slices."
"All was great except...the sushi rice was too mushy. They need to refine their prep for the rice and be sure to use the best quality. I am a sushi lover and have eaten from many places including many spots in Japan so I know my sushi! The rest was great -- great service from Justin, lovely atmosphere and didn't feel rushed. The design and look of the sushi rolls was amazing. The fish and other ingredients (besides the vinegared rice) were delicious."
"Fantastic place in the downtown area. Great up-beat vibes and the service was great. They were helpful and enthusiastic. The seaweed salad was very small but good. Yellowfin tacos were also small but great quality and the shrimp tempura was pretty great too. The creamy spicy pork udon was really good. Very rich with tender pork. Personally I always enjoy some higher spice levels and to me it wasn’t very spicy but it would be a great choice for someone with a lower spice tolerance or just someone looking for a mild dish. The chicken yakisoba was also the same mild spicy. The chicken was tender and the kimchi was a good addition to it. The teppanyaki chicken was on the sweeter side because of the sauce but the veggies that came with it was good. The chicken was once again tender too. The fried rice was also a solid choice for a side or a while entree. Would definitely come back here to try other things from the wide variety of things they have on the menu. Very high quality place."
"This is a good choice for a sushi spot downtown. It serves up basic sushi fare but it is always consistent in quality and there is usually a seat available. We stopped in last night. BarChi did not disappoint. Our server, Jay, was phenomenal. He was very nice, coordinated and always smiling. Our food came out beautifully presented and on time. Highlights included king oyster mushrooms, tempura, spicy scallop handroll, and inari. After a dining fiasco at another restaurant the night prior, it was a pleasure to have Jay as our server. We will definitely come back."
