"I had a damage on my vehicle outside of my house and I wanted to report a claim for a hit and run, but they never answer the claim phone number. A recorder says that they are closed, they only open from monday to friday but i got transfer to a 24/7 customer service line, but they never answered too. How could it be possible that if you need your insurance they are just available certain days and certain hours, that is an incredible bad service and hugely unprofessional. So if you have this insurance company you better not drive, because if you have an accident, you are basically screw until they decide to answer. Worst company ever."
