"This branch's customer service is an absolute trainwreck – hands down, the worst I've ever dealt with. They wouldn't pick up the phone or even bother replying to my emails regarding my policy. I've been leaving voicemails and sending emails since last November, all because I had legitimate questions about my insurance rates mysteriously skyrocketing. Let's talk about their complete lack of communication. Not a single word from them about my rates going up, neither before nor after. It took me nearly a year of persistent annoyance and countless ignored attempts before I finally had to resort to filing a complaint with Nationwide just to get them to acknowledge my existence. Frankly, this branch's performance is beyond appalling. Their indifference and incompetence have not only cost them a customer but have left me absolutely seething with frustration. If this is how they treat people, I shudder to think about the kind of service they provide to others. I wish I could rate them negative stars."
