"Dosen't matter if you have an appointment. You will wait. You will wait all day because they have people who don't even show up. Or they violate hippa by bringing two people back at the same time. Then verify all your information and why you are there in front of them. The lab person will be wearing open toe sliders as well. You will call the manager and nothing will be done about your hippa violation. They will never call you back hoping you will forget."
"Terrible. I wish there were more words to describe how awful this dumpster of a place is. My wife had an appointment, and I kid you not, there was not a single person in front of her at that time. However she waited approximately 45 minutes, with no one showing up, then we simply knocked the door to see when she would be seen. The technician working there opens the door and proceeds to call in some random person who showed up well after my wife, to have his tests done instead, all the while completely ignoring us. We are beyond frustrated. This location needs to be shut down or needs a new technician hired."
"I was nervous going here because all of the bad reviews but I had an awesome experience. The visit was SO FAST and the lady was really nice and chatty. Edit: I want to add that normally my visits take a little longer because my veins do not cooperate. I always get poked a few times in both arms. She had no issues. I really had a wonderful experience."
"Booked and confirmed an appointment online. Showed for up for fasting labs for my child and they are closed. Who does business like that…Additionally, this place is sketchy as hell tucked away in the corner of a Walgreens. Even the pharmacy had nothing encouraging to say about these people when we asked what the deal was. The reviews on this place are garbage. I should have done better research. Don’t waste your time!"
"Ridiculous experience. The first time I tried to get my labwork done here they refused because they couldn't find my doctor in their system. I contacted my doctor and got her account number for their system and went back only to be turned away after waiting almost an hour because they "couldn't do that type of test" (a simple drug screen) and then her story changed to my paperwork not being the right kind. Which was it? No idea. Complete waste of time."
