"Nobody likes going to the urgent care, especially for a surprise procedure on a Monday night. But my doctor was PHENOMENAL!! I wish I got her name, but I was too busy being uncomfortable to pay attention to anything. She seemed so knowledgeable and professional and told me everything she was going to do before she did it, making it as comfortable as possible. I had to drive in from Manor to go here and I would definitely come back!!"

"Are company uses express Med for drug screening and alcohol screening. They are very kind and professional. My experience is yes sir, no sir, yes ma’am, No ma’am, very great customer service. That is very hard to find today in businesses. Customer Service is everything to me. The staff at express med goes above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome and to do a great job. In my opinion from the ladies that greet you upfront to the staff in the back is a 10 for me."

"The front desk woman is SO freaking rude and has no idea what she is doing. About 2 yrs ago I took my daughter in there for strep throat. She immediately told me that my insurance will not cover an urgent care that I required a prior authorization that she has seen this tons of times and it will absolutely not cover it and I will have to Pay for it out-of-pocket. My daughter is sick as a dog so I leave and call my insurance and ask them where we can go to get it covered, they referred me back to this location. I had to have my insurance call the front desk, lady to tell her a prior authorization is only needed for prescriptions. She bothered to bill it and it paid. This almost caused an excess to care issue for my daughter. I went back in there a few months ago with another child thinking maybe a new person nope same front desk lady, she immediately told me our insurance doesn’t cover it, it requires a prior authorization for the urgent care and we will have to pay out of pocket. I told her we deal with this every time I come in a prior authorization is only needed for prescriptions but she argued. She billed it and it paid. I will say Iv never had any with any Drs but will use the urgent care across the street so I don’t have to deal with the front desk lady."
