"This insurance agent has so many good reviews I’m not sure why I didn’t have the same experience. Isaac was great at first. Responsive and seemingly informative. However he informed that installing the Signal App (an app that tracks your driving habits) it really made no different how much I used my phone while driving and that my premium wouldn’t go up. I asked if he was certain because I know how often I’m on my phone and he assured me it would be fine. Well months later I receive a premium increase of $720. My bill went from $197 to $320! I’m a single mom, business owner, home owner, a bill like this is substantial. Not to mention my home owners insurance is also through Farmers. Isaac hasn’t responded to my texts since our conversation about my policy increase. I wish he would have been honest with me about the Signal App."
