"Don't do business with them. They talk to you as if they are doing a favor. Jean Turley is rude and doesn't care about customers. We have decided to go elsewhere after doing business with them for 5 years. They keep changing company names to defraud customers. The previous company name was Mckinley & Dimarco insurance services. No one returns phone calls even after leaving multiple messages. I am not the one who writes reviews but I decided to write this review to reveal the reality of this company in order to help businesses seeking insurance coverage. Pay a little more and find a better company instead of dealing with people who don't care."
"Extremely rude lady named Danielle has absolutely refused to help with an ongoing billing problem on a cancelled policy. She has a Snarky attitude and was terrible every time I called for help. She shouldn't work in customer service. I wonder how she could have a job with her lack of communication skills. I'm sure everyone at her office hates her foul attitude. She is a disgusting person."
"This place is so hypocritical it's not even funny! They tell you one thing and then turn around and do another, and then decide to keep your belongings!!!"
"Run for the hills! I've been on the other side of the fence in this place (Kestra) and I've seen how it operates. It is extremely unorganized and there is a HUGE communication barrier. Sometimes accounts dont get processed for several months due to the holes in their system and this place not being able to stay staffed. Things fall through the cracks quite a bit! Take your money elsewhere!! You're better off if you do!"
