I excused away the improper initial installation and other issues along the way, but all these years later they still just reinforce the negative concerns. They poorly threw the equipment in my existing network cabinet screwed to a piece of cardboard, I have sensors that have never shown on my panels, and now I've been non-functional for over a month trying to get help and they don't respond. A security company that leaves your security system not working? Use another company."
