"Needed air for our tire and it has an automatic air pump for $2.00. Paid the money and then it couldn't produce enough air pressure to inflate the tire so it deflated a low tire even more and then it errored out."

"The food is always dry and they never keep it prepared fresh, although they should because they sell food at Laredo Taco till 2pm. It's like that at the one on Milwaukee too near the loop. Both places are a big disappointment don't waste your money."

"0 stars. Theres this Hispanic girl that works mornings at the laredo taco and shes always taking forever to attend people who go in to order. Shes always talking to the employees before attending customers. After she takes forever to attend customers then she goes back and kills times before making the order. Im not the only one who thinks this. Where i work There's other guys who come here and say the same thing about that same Hispanic girl Shes absolutely lazy and can tell she dont like her job. She should get another one. Worst service but its all her. Everyone else does good"

"I fueled, went to the restroom, and and went to the deli for some finger food. The manager told me what I wanted was seasonal and told me he just filled the fried foods hotbox. So I selected two perfectly done and fresh corndogs that were delicious! More people that work serving the public should be as caring, honest, and nice!"

"I typically never make reviews but this is a crazy experience. They literally stole from me. This is not about the money but rather the horrible customer service I received. I purchase 4 bacon and egg tacos add cheese and bacon and 1 bean and cheese taco. Each additional item is $.78 so that would be an extra $6.24 on top of the cost of the tacos. Upon arriving home I discovered that I was missing a taco and all my tacos but 1 were missing the extra bacon and cheese I paid for. This additions of bacon and cheese wwere clearly on the receipt. I called them and let them know about the issue and let them know I wanted a refund. They asked me to drive all the way back and bring the tacos back for a refund. I did. Handed them my receipt and asked for my refund. I was told I would only get a refund for only the 4 tacos I brought back and not the 5th because it wasn't in the bag. (Of course it wasn't in the bag I never got it!). I was told they would only give me a refund for the tacos I had. How the heck am I supposed to prove I was missing a taco if it was never put in my bag. The lady at the register blamed me for not checking my bag before leaving. I insisted I had no reason to lie. Why would I go through all the trouble of driving all the way back to your store to give you back items that you made wrong and keep a crappy $3 taco? Like I said at the beginning, it isn't about the money. I ended up leaving without the refund for the taco I never got. I am just frustrated that I would get treated that way after all of their errors were visible to them. I am the type of person that rarely speaks up when her food is wrong but this one was cynical. At the time I was at this location there were 2 or 3 people working and I was the only customer. That shows the lack of attention to detail. I feel a little silly writing about tacos but it really irritated me to think about all the errors they may be making with other customers if they did this with my order when I was the only customer at the time."
