"I will give this place -10% or F-. I showed up to this dealership for oil change and tire rotation. I have never been there for service before. I did take a friend over there last year December to but a 2023 toyota camry. We changed how dealership becuase we lost trust in Oaklawn Toyota. The last time I was in Oaklawn Toyota, they scratched and dented my car. I called their office no one called back. So, I decided not to do business with them again. Prior to going to Orland Park Toyota I have always do business with Oaklawn. Bought total of four cars including 3 brand new. I just want to try Orland park for service for the first time. From the beginning of our conversation I noticed Tony was does not have good customer service etiquette. He kept interrupting whatever I would say. He kept looking down on me. The fact that am telling you that this is my first time to service car here should make the service appear appealing. Off course, I thing they made enough money. You trying to sell me a five time service to pay up front when you already showed signs of terrible customer service etiquette. I had to leave. Hopefully, they have not removed anything from my car becuase I waited like 2 minutes before they drove my car out. Not even my enemy will not return here. I will say, I was deamened and ridiculed. Tony should not be in customer service."

"Scheduled an appointment, dropped my car off and 6 hours later it’s still not ready. What was the point of making an appointment? What an awful experience and such a waste of a whole day. Never bringing my car back to this poorly run dealership."

"Cannot recommend this service department. They took advantage of a single female. Took my car in for brake work. My car had less than 50,000 miles on it. They said I needed new brakes AND rotors. Never discussed cheaper options. I 'd just had my brakes looked at a few months before and received a good report. I asked another company why I needed new rotors and they told me I should NOT have needed rotors since the pads were not even completely worn down! Orland Toyota has not returned phone calls, wouldn't honor their own coupons, and offered a payment plan then wouldn't allow me to use it. When I did get a phone call the man was rude and demeaning."
