"I was on I-80, south side of Chicago going east. Due to the new features on my SUV. I received a notification that I was loosing air pressure on the Driver's Front tire. The dinging sound before I acknowledged it was a blessing. I pulled off at Harlem Ave. And found a bubble on the side of the tire that was blowing air. I refilled the tire with my portable air compressor and headed North in Harlem Ave. I have Goodyear tires all around on the vehicle. And prayed that my memory was right to know that there was a Goodyear service center north of me. Before I had to refill my tire. I found this dealership. They helped me. Gave me options for going cheap and getting by, like getting back to the house before I'm in no man's land. Or match, as close as they can, to the Goodyear tire they had in stock. That was the next step up from the Assurance Tires I have on the vehicle. Without any pressure at all, I was given the options I had on that day, from store stock. To keep me on my way without any pressure. I took the better option. I'm keeping my vehicle. They, with open and honest prices, did right by me. If I was going to take a chance. Take this one."
