"I came with my truck for simple oil change service. When I picked up my truck all lights were solid on dashboard. I informed my advisor about issue he said that it is old truck everything can happen. I said that I didn’t have them on when I came for service. When I left dealership my truck stopped by itself after driving not even a mile distance. I find out that I have a problem with alternator. When I took truck to another mechanic’s they checked that it was caused by pouring oil on alternator I still have a pictures for prove along with damaged alternator. I’m very disappointed with service and advisors nobody was helpful. Coming to reputable dealership I wouldn’t expect that something like this can happen. It cost me extra effort and money to spend unnecessary just because someone couldn’t do the job right!!!"
