"I own a Mercedes Benz S560, 2020 with a delicate mate designo cashmere white magno. Unfortunately someone key scratched the rear door in Chinatown parking garage. I took the car to a well known auto body shop, the place tear up the paint job with 3 different colors. Then I went to the Mercedes Benz dealership, I was recommended to take my car to CDE in Tinley Park. CDE told me what to expect and gave me an estimate. One week later, am called that the car is ready to go home, when I picked up my car, it looks like a brand new car from the factory. I was so happy about the time CDE put in to make my car look the best. I will recommend CDE to my family, friends and colleagues. The best auto body shop, even better than the the Mercedes Benz factory. I appreciate the compassion of the employees, especially “Brad” and the lady at the front desk, the manager and the porter that gave me a ride home when I initially dropped off my car. "This place is amazing! Ember or Amber (sorry if I have the name wrong) was so friendly when I called in this morning to request a quote for my passenger door check strap. She attentively listened to my issue and asked if I was available to stop by today to have someone inspect my issue. She was friendly, informative, and gave great directions on their location. When I arrived, the facility was exceptionally clean. Ember/Amber was even friendly in-person, demonstrating exceptional hospitality by providing great descriptions of the available amenities while I waited and showing me where the restrooms were located. I waited a short time before Glen, the repair planner, came out to kindly greet me. We walked to my car, I explained what the issue was, and he quickly made note and took my car to be examined. They thoroughly examined the issue and repaired it within 5 minutes! I was amazed! It was a simple repair that the dealership could have fixed themselves, but the dealership did not know how to fix it. The dealership really made me think I was going to need a much more costly and timely repair. In addition, one of the dealerships I called even said they were going to charge me a diagnostic fee plus repair charges. I could not be more grateful and thankful for CDE Collision! They know what they are doing! They did not try to nickle and dime me, and when I asked about an additional service that I thought I needed, Glen informed me that it was not needed and to save my money. He gave me some great advice and I am so appreciative :). How many businesses of today that you know would tell you, the customer, to save money? Not many, BUT this one does! So please, stop reading this review and make a visit to CDE Collision in Tinley Park today! I promise you will not be disappointed. "Brought my 2017 Mercedes in to repair sunshade, replace trunk release switch and refinish deck lid for minor blemish. Repairs were done at a much more reasonable price than dealer, and the paint work was absolutely flawless.
