"My go to for everything car related! I drive older cars. Older cars need work… been using VIP for over 8 years and for 4 different cars in the family. Mark (in front) is knowledgeable and gives great options when you need work done. Nothing is ever pushed. Suggestions made, price ranges for the different options and sometimes even a referal for work they don’t do (which has only been once!) I’ve had my car towed here from Morris to have it worked on after a 30 minute consultation of what happened to my car in the middle of no where and no clue why it broke down. Made me feel so comfortable knowing my car was being towed back to my regular mechanics and knew it would be fixed quickly. I’ve taken cars here for them to look it over before I purchase them. I get my oil changed here and new tires, tires fixed & even a scooter tire refilled. Alternator in the middle of winter decides to blow out? Tow it here and replaced by the next morning! Anytime my car has been down, they seem to be able to get to it quickly usually within the day but I think always within two days. Pricing is fair & less expensive than some of the places family members use. Service is much better than most “quick service” places."
