"Frank and his team took care of one of my biggest nightmares. I had a blown transmission on my car, and was getting quoted upwards of $15k to fix/replace it. My mechanic recommended this shop and I took my car over to them the following week. They got the job done in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. The transmission works great and has no issues. Would definitely recommend this shop! The only reason this I didn't give this 5 stars is that there was an issue half way through the installation of the replacement transmission where the car was not responding to the new part. Frank's team took care of this issue, however, they charged me the labor rate again for pulling the transmission out and swapping the mechatronics over to the replacement transmission. I didn't want to create an issue as I was eager to finally get my car back out on the road. However, I would think that the labor time/cost of pulling the transmission down again to swap over the part would be something that the mechanic shop took care of, as the initial lack of functionality was their error."
