"I have to complement the service team for a job well done. I was impressed that they took a video of the parts that were bad and that needed replacement and sent me a copy of the video. I have never gotten that kind of detail from a service shop before so I was quite surprised. I have to admit that I was bit sticker shocked at the cost of the repairs but when you consider that this is an old car extra expenses are “par for the course”."

"I came in to get some recall work as well as an oil change. I had issues getting my oil changed at Walmart because they damaged my drain plug and I had to order a new one. Wilkins was able to install the part I ordered with no issues. Also, I needed an Uber to work and back and they covered it which I thought was so nice, I didn’t expect it at all!
