"Good service but they need to do a better job of “showing us why” any additional work or new products are needed, instead of just showing a higher bill with additional recommended work. If they’re recommending all new tires, take me to my car and show me the tread and what it “should” look like. Also when I call to schedule they should let me know if I’m still within my warranty period with my appt so that doesn’t become a sour point. But I’ll continue going back!"

"This is my dealership, but when I tell you the prices are crazy expensive. I'm good with the oil changes but anything else and you need to take out a loan. Bought a warranty and have never been able to use it. They always have some one telling you what ever it is, it's not covered. Save your money and don't get it. They got me"

"Service team is helpful. What was confusing was I only needed to take my car in after 7,500 miles. The app tells something different. I bought this car in less than 45 minutes. My wife and I were in a rush to close the deal by the end of the day. The salesman was helpful but there was too much info and the details about the oil change was not clear. All I knew is that I receive 3 years of care and maintenance. I did not like hearing that I would have to pay for the next oil change since I came too early. Nick, the GM was very helpful and said he will make it right on my next service at 10k"

I thought I need other things done on my car and he was sweet enough to let me know that it wasn’t time. (Other places would have tried to push it).
