"I cannot say enough about this Firestone dealership!! We drove up to Elmhurst from St. Louis and upon arriving and turning the car off… were greeted with the Low Tire Alert! I checked each tire but was unable to really tell WHICH tire was low! Not knowing the town I decided to call the local Firestone dealer as that’s the brand tires that I have on my car and they suggested that I bring it in and leave it with them as they were already booked solid from the “regular” customers! We dropped it off around 8:30 and true to their word… they checked all four tires, brought the pressure up to the recommended level, and…. reset the car’s alert system… all before 1:30!! Top it off with restaurant suggestions, a complimentary map of the city, two very professional and personable owners and sponsoring such a wonderful cause as therapeutic horsemanship and that’s five stars in my book!! I/We can now drive back to St. Louis with the confidence that we are safe and secure thanks to the Elmhurst Firestone!!!"
