"Overhaul made in November 2021. Besides that i camed back for noise issues couple of times which were not solved and explained some blsht that its the way a cummins engine works ( like i am a complete dumb ) i went to another shop and guess what? They found a head light under the valve cover. After a better examination of the engine, found out that the new head which i paid for 6k was not NEW!!!. So i decided to ask for other mechanics opinions and went to 8 different shops, including 4 dealers and same diagnose - Not new. New head wont rust in 2 months of continuous work, warm metal dont rust like that. (Last picture)!!!! Tried to talk to them but the conversation ended up with screams from the guy that he is 11 or whatever years in business. Now they dont even pick up the phone when i am calling. So i was forced to proced to legal actions and advised by my attorney to post this here. They are Scamers."

"Richard does good work with fair pricing, but customer service is terrible. He doesn't respond in a timely fashion & once during an oil change he put a dirty filter back on. Not ideal if you're a 1 or 2 truck operation."
