"Staff is so kind, all my tires were changed, and even with it being freezing outside and understaffed (there was a bit of a wait understandably so) but they got through it and were very polite and accommodating. 100% recommend this service and location."

"I've been going there for years. Just got my second set of tires. They're easy to work with, and you can go into the work area if you want to look at your vehicle while the tires are off. They explain things easily. I do all my own maintenance, so I know what I want to look at."

"Honestly the fastest service I ever had at any discount tire. I came in to get air in my tires. Come to find out I needed a new rim. I was able to check my car in and be checked out within a hour. This was without an appointment and that’s unheard of when it comes to discount tire. Alex was amazing. Very friendly and helped me out tremendously. "Best customer service. Very helpful and nice people working there. If you plan ahead they're relatively quick when it comes to arrival time and departing with your finished tire change. Only thing I don't like is that I don't think they communicate with each other well because no matter how many times I ask for 35 lb of tire pressure I always get 40 or more. And it's kind of ridiculous because I asked them three times on separate occasions."
