Reviews of AutoZone Auto Parts
"I was at Speedway when car stopped and walked to AutoZone and met 2 of the most amazing and helpful people. One person came to jump start car I drove over got test ran on car and needed a battery. Bought battery and had the other person install battery and wipers. I was so lucky and blessed to get astounding assistance. Thank you all so much"
"There are three other auto parts shops you can go to in bolingbrook. Avoid this location. Staff is extremely rude especially if your a woman. It's dirty. The parking lot is full of potholes. Do not shop here."
"I am very upset that many of the positive reviews written about this AutoZone were not what I experienced today. I came in today to return transmission fluid that I incorrectly bought the night before at another AutoZone. To be fully transparent, I did not have the receipt and I was fully willing and understanding if they could not accept the return. However, while waiting in line to return the item an older woman came up and asked if I wanted to check out I told her no I wanted to return this container of transmission fluid, and before even asking for a receipt she said "It looks like it was already open" Granted, there was some sort of leakage on the top of the container and I told her that "No, the container was not open and you can see that the twist off on the container was still intact." She flatly refused to help me anymore than that even when I asked her if she could look up my account and see that I had purchased the item not 24 hours prior all she said was "that would not help". I left the store upset because she would not even try to help me further after what I assume she must have thought that I was attempting to scam her. I would say that last sentence was speculation but when I returned home from work tonight, I was able to go back to the original AutoZone that I purchased the transmission fluid from and had the PSM look up my account and put in the return as not having the receipt. Both him and another sales associate came over and looked at the container plainly seeing that it was still closed. They gave me full store credit which I then was able to use to buy a gasket for the trans fluid flush I will be doing later. Now, tell me why the older woman at Bolingbrook could not do what took the PSM about 3 minutes to do? Why did she not offer to look up my account? Was she not trained? Does she not know that there is an O'Reilly's auto parts right across the street on 53? These types of interactions are what pushes customers to your competitors so I would strongly suggest that the manager of this location speak to this older woman about how to interact with customers in a manner that keeps us wanting to return to AutoZone for the best service in the business. Sadly, this was not one of those interactions, and one that I will be remembering. 1/5 stars."
"She was amazing She went outside and checked my car to see the correct oil I needed I was so happy to have her to help me."
"First time at this auto zone location, even though it was short staffed the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a couple questions about sizing of my windshield wipers and he helped me within seconds, he even installed them which was a lifesaver! I completely forgot his name but Thank you !!"
