"11/27 1 pm - Rude old guy didn't want to install my battery because it's too cold (30 degrees). Guess what clown, this is CHICAGO it's going to be cold until April. After staring in disbelief he finally agrees, puts the battery in and while I'm starting the car he loosens the hood stopper so my hood doesn't close properly out of spite. Oh yeah, I found what you did! Wish I remembered your name - I hope regional figures it out. I've never given a 1 star review before, but this one was earned. BIG warning - read the other recent reviews and choose wisely."
