"Went into the House of Hoops in North River Side Mall and was disappointed with customer service. When i enter a House of Hoops location specifically I’m expecting to talk with people who have knowledge of the Shoes present in the store, i asked a female employee about the Just Don collab with Nike and she was completely lost as if i asked her the contents of rocket fuel. I am a shoe head and have been to allot of high end shoe stores around the nation and this was a horrible experience i basically just left after that. I called in to talk to a manager about the experience and he sounded as if he could care less. I don’t recommend anyone go here if you are looking for a store that represents The House of Hoops Brand."
"I liked this place at one point. However, I was disappointed last visit. Sales reps are too aggressive, made me feel uncomfortable. No lie, every 30 seconds; "can I help you bro? What size are you?" I felt like I was at a car dealer. Don't get me wrong, asking if I need help is great but not by all the sales reps."
