"Worse experience ever! The manager and cashier that were on shift oct 3 at 3:20 shouldn’t be working for costumer service they are super rude and racist I took some items with all the tags and they without even touching the clothes said they couldn’t take them back because apparently there’s people who are allergic to cats and according to them I have a cat not only that but I waited for the manager like 20 minutes only so he could support what the rude cashier said I didn’t get her name because she has her name cover on stickers I wonder why but she’s short pixie cut with a red heavy highlight racist and lazy !!! Never coming back here!! ooh and went to a different location and they were so nice and helpful.. change the employees and management before you lose more clients."
"This store is always kept clean and organized, even their sale section. Not only that, but the employees here are extremely well trained and kind. They always go above and beyond to be a sweet person. The store selection for guys is becoming noticeable limited but still the items are worth shopping for the price point. This place is great! Nice selection and the price are reasonable. My kids get probably half of their wardrobe there. I love their price especially when they are on sale. Everything here fits me nicely. And the clothes are stylish. Amazing place for shoppers"
"This is by far the nicest Old Navy I've ever been to. The store was very organized. And checkout was very efficient. Usually I hate being offered credit cards by those pesky teenagers, but my cashier (Lupe) was extremely helpful with explaining the benefits and credit card rates. She was well informed and helpful. I ended up signing up and got approved. I cant wait to come back to this location!"
"They advertised a sale and no worker in the WHOLE store knew about it. After about 15 minutes of them running and everyone asking everyone they claimed that the sale was *online* when it clearly stated "storewide"."
