"Worst service and experience they had me waiting 30 minutes for a pair of shoes they didn’t had in stock I was in line for 15 minutes or bit more bcuz the worker said they’ll be ready in the counter for me.. when it was my turn to pay thr shoes weren’t there never brought them to the counter or register.. one of the workers said he will check for us but wasn’t sure to find the box for that one bcuz they had a mess on back.. manager or supervisors plz train right your ppl… and your line waiting sucks too bad experience"

"I’ve only been in this store 3 times and every time I’ve had horrible customer service. I work in retail management and I’ve never seen such rude associates. Once I walked in the store I was not greeted, and noticed associates giving dirty looks. Once I was at the register I overheard a customer asking for a certain shoe at first they stated that they did not have any more of the shoe the customer wanted, the customer kept insisting and finally they said that they did have the shoe. Why is it that these associates decide on when they have an item in stock or not? And while the associate was ringing me out they were giving attitude and even made smart remark when I was walking away. I’ve heard so many horrible stories from this location and didn’t believe it at first but now I see why. The management here needs to get it together."
