"This store offers a lot of good deals and usually has a nice selection of items. The day I was there shopping with my mother I unscrewed a shampoo to let my mother smell it and all I hear is an employee yelling at me to not open the products. I understand store rules but I don't think you need to yell at me. Then the same employee was talking with the other employees and talking about random issues and personal problems so loudly. It was just a turn off for us especially since we were out Christmas shopping and wanted to just enjoy our time shopping. I guess this was just not a good day to shop there other than the employees the store is worth going to for your gifts."

"The management in this store is horrible. How are you going to have one register open in the middle of the day with over 20 people in line."

"Never ever go there. Not enough staff and usually just two chashiers for a long line of customers. Furthermore cashier are rarely polite and don’t bother to satisfy customers.I never had such type of experience at any other Burlington branch. The management should take an action."

"I’ve never had a problem shopping here until very recently due to a very rude employee at this location. Her approach was extremely rude and hostile towards myself and another person I was shopping with. Her negative behavior toward us was shocking because we truthfully never did anything to her. Matter of fact we never even approached her… she approached us and started antagonizing/belittling us while shopping. I would like to give a little background story for better explanation. Myself and my boyfriend were towards the end of our shopping, however there was one item in our cart (a bowl) that we decided we didn’t want to purchase anymore. So we placed it down on a random shelf. Out of no where a lady comes up to us with a horrible attitude and demands my boyfriend to remove the bowl from the shelf and put it back where it came from. Immediately he did remove the bowl from the shelf, but she kept antagonizing him! (He wasn’t even saying anything to her, she just kept scolding him as if he was a CHILD??)Her reaction was absolutely uncalled for and beyond unprofessional. Shortly after, I politely asked this same lady if I could try some items on in the fitting room and she rolled her eyes at me, had frowned a bit, and still had a mean tone to her voice. It was as if she was annoyed by my presence too and I hadn’t done anything to her.I don’t understand why putting a bowl on the wrong shelf made her so annoyed with us. We didn’t mean any harm by that and we even correct our actions right away. We aren’t the type of people to be mean or rude, we actually are really shy respectable people. It’s just very disappointing. Everyone else there were really nice. Manager is a very kind person and understanding. I really appreciate her taking the time out of her day to talk to us. I hope she kindly teaches the employee how to better approach people and just be kind. Kindness goes a long way."
