I asked a young employee (female) if she can laced them up and she said "you can do it" I gave her back the shoes and I walked over to JD Sports and purchased shoes at that store... incident happened 6/5 after 1pm"
"Everyone at footlocker always wants to help you but not this one person she ignored me when I walked thru the door and when I did ask her for a pair of gymshoes she did not want to help.
