"I had scheduled an appointment for my husband, informing them beforehand that he needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted. They agreed and asked us to schedule the appointment. However, when we arrived and reiterated that it was a wisdom tooth extraction, the dentist proceeded with an x-ray. Surprisingly, after the x-ray, she informed us that she does not perform wisdom tooth extractions, despite us mentioning it multiple times prior to the x-ray and appointment scheduling. This situation feels like a complete scam. We ended up paying for everything out of pocket and now feel deceived. She never mentioned before the x-ray that she doesn't extract wisdom teeth at her office. Adding to our frustration, the dentist she referred us to later informed us that the x-rays taken were unreadable and completely useless, as they didn't even show the tooth in question. This whole experience has left us feeling disrespected and unable to trust her."

She also identified some places for the dentist to take a look to make sure I’m getting the care I need. They are good at prioritizing what needs to be done and working with me to fit both my budget and schedule. Everyone I interact with at this practice are friendly and professional. They take care of me and my mouth well. I’m glad to go back for any dental needs."

"I had quite a few dental jobs done by Dr Walton! Some fillings, a crown and Bridge - all perfectly done. Dr Mary Mcauslan is great, compassionate and professional. Dr Sefton Dvoratchek has been a great disappointment. The Crown was ill fitted with a misbite. I left in tears with no round up, no instruction but still paid. Never got a follow up nor check. No response to my promised return calls."
