"Accommodating, empathetic, and professional ! I had a chipped front tooth/veneer and it was a Friday morning. I was worried I would have to go through the weekend without repairing my tooth. I called a couple of offices (since my veneers were older and my former,general dentist does not handle cosmetic dentistry). One office couldn't see me (I understood, last minute call). I had to leave a vm at the other dentist office. I saw great reviews of Dr. Lodding's office and called - the asst who answered put me on hold, went to speak with Dr. Lodding about my situation, and they squeezed me in for that day! I wasn't even a current patient! I went in to his office, he made temporary repair, and NO CHARGE! We discussed modern options for my concerns (I'd wanted to get some cosmetic dental work done but just hadn't prioritized the cosmetic work)and I absolutely felt no pressure. I've been his patient since that time and my family of 5 go with him as well. His entire staff reflects his general demeanor of friendliness and professionalism!"
