"I don't recommend this agent. His office and staff are not helpful and only care about money. They never answered the phone and I basically delt with farmers directly to make policy changes. When I canceled his staff required I show proof of new insurance to drop me which is none of their business and are trying to charge me for a month of service I didn't even use. Find a better agent! Update, this agent is terrible. He called me after my review and demanded I take it down. I refused simply because of his unprofessional behavior on the phone and lack of help. He put the the month of service he said I owed him on my credit, but when I called Farmers directly they sent me a check for money owed back to me I didn't know about. This dude is a real piece of work and should be avoided at all costs."
