"This office use to be a great office years ago when it had a humble begining. However they have gotten so busy that they constantly remind you that you can change your child's pediatrician anytime. Almost like they encouraging you to leave. They have now started charging for a well check up by attaching charges of a sick vist each time you bring a child in for a well check only. If you have health insurance they will charge for your child's well check up & a sick visit , so you will have a copay to pay. Mo (office manager)insist that they have to file a claim to the insurance for a sick visit if the child was sick during the well check. My question was, why Doesn't the Dr. tell the parent what the sickness finding was during the visit. Why only tell the insurance but not the parent that the child was sick? They are getting away with it mostly with all of their Medicaid patients because they won't have a copay. They will charge Medicaid for a well check child visit & attach a sick visit to it as well. They are getting paid for a double visit even if you insist to tell them that your child is there for a well check up ONLY & Dr will not tell you what the sickness they found was during the visit but will charge it to the insurances as a double claim."

"I had an appointment today, come in with my son only to find out that my appointment was cancelled. Very disrespectful receptionist. Not helpful at all. This is the second time I checked in and they cancelled my appointment without my concern for different reasons."
