"Eye Dr. from Poplar Bluff Missouri to Cape Girardeau to go to this dental clinic. This is where I had my teeth made. There was never any discussion about their being any type of maintenance fees. If you haven’t had Maintenance within that year apparently they had changed this rule, and I hadn’t been back in that set amount of time, the reason being I had gotten cancer I had to do cancer treatments for two years and I was sick for quite some time. That is not the biggest reason why I am aggravated. I stopped and Cape the last time I was there to make my appointment, and if they could’ve simply told me at that time That there would be $170 charge for two little rubber pieces that cost maybe a dollar I would’ve never wasted my gas to drive back to Cape and on top of that they can’t even bill insurance. This was a huge inconvenience for me not to mention I needed that work done This leaves me in a bad spot I would never and I mean never recommend this clinic to any friend or family member that I have!"

"Very friendly staff. Got my first set of dentures 2016 have been very very happy with the set. They look like my real teeth. Get compliments how pretty my teeth are. Broke them so went back to Affordable Dentures because I know I'll be happy with my new dentures. They have couple different sets you can choose from. But they are still very affordable."

"So I went in to just get top ones made they said they could only do a set weird but OK, so they made a pair and they were all messed up Did another pair again not good at all I have pictures looks like a 5 yr old made them did another pair couldn't eat are even wear them ,so this last pair way to small I said I keep bitting my tongue they are like well your tongue will adjust lol like so my tongue shrinks now ,so they are like well we can refund you but you will have to pay for all the remakes like really why should I pay for all the screw ups.they did not my fault you hire people that don't know what they are doing,even a couple of workers stated several people have said they should fire all of them...So if I was anyone I would definitely look elsewhere in the long run would be worth it...The dentist has to many patients he never gives you his times he will come in a see you for a second then go to the next ,like your time means nothing, what is really funny I brought a picture in and showed what my old ones looked like and it was literally on the counter when they had a fire in the back when I said I need my picture there like it burnt up back there...How when I was literally sitting next to it when they had a lil fire and said everyone go in the waiting room..I wish I could posr pictures cause I took plenty of them each time..Also beside bitting my tongue can't eat with these either. Don't go to a place where they don't care they just want your money.Oh and Osha would have a field day in there not clean and rusted stuff I also had to ask the dentist to change his gloves cause he just came from another person.theres more but you get the idea these are not the same pair"

"The staff was all very reassuring, calm, and considerate during my visit helping me with horrible anxiety. Very clean and nice music! The wait was around 40 minutes after my appointment time so that’s the only reason it wasn’t a 5star."
