"Great dentists and hygienists, but they didn't tell me they no longer accept my dental insurance until I came to my appointment today. I even upped my coverage in November of 2023 with Blue Cross Blue Shield because I was hoping to have more invasive dental work done in 2024. Paying out-of-pocket when you have been paying for a very expensive premium plan for really good insurance. It is so frustrating. Please call your clients and tell them you stopped taking insurance before the appointment. This is embarrassing and upsetting. Don't do this to other people!!!"

"I have had great experiences with the dentists and technicians at Bennett Family Dentistry. They do great work and are kind and friendly. However, I just received a bill in the mail after my recent routine cleaning with x-rays stating that Bennett Family Dentistry has recently made changes and that my insurance is no longer in network. If a person chooses to go here, be sure to ask the front desk staff if they have had any changes to their in network insurance *at each visit* because you won’t be notified of this until you receive a bill from them after the fact."

"Cracked my lower denture, they had it repaired in 24 hours. Dr Blake was great .Now I have a new problem, my upper partial is cracked,hopefully they can get it repaired just asfast, we'll see. Overall I had a great experience"

"Sincerely the best dental experience I have ever had. I’m home visiting family and started having a dental issue that worried me. I called them this morning at 8:30am. They asked if I could be there at 9:30am. The office was amazingly upbeat and inviting. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and understanding of my concerns. It put my dental anxiety at ease instantly. They made time to not only give me a consultation and a cleaning but worked through lunch to fit me in for a filling!! I cannot thank them enough. I live 4 hours away, but I will be planning my cleanings around my trips home because I will not be going anywhere else. Major thanks to Dr. Ross and his team for providing such thoughtful and compassionate care!"

"My daughter(6) saw Dr. Ashley on her first visit and did well. She had several cavities and we set up appointments for those. The next three visits were with Dr. Audrey. My daughter had some anxiety and each visit it was clear that Dr. Audrey had little patience for this. On our last visit my daughter was scheduled to have her remaining cavities filled and be done. As Dr. Audrey started drilling my daughter got scared and needed a break, Dr. Audrey talked to her for a little while and lost patience and left the room. She told me as she was leaving that she drilled a hole in my daughters tooth and that I needed to get her in somewhere else as quick as I can because she will be in extreme pain. I told her the dentists she recommended were horribly reviewed and she agreed then told me to drive to STL. Then she left.When she did the nurse talked to my daughter and she was FINE. The nurse asked Dr Audrey to finish and she did. My daughter didn’t give her another issue. I asked her to complete all cavities now that my daughter was calm like we had scheduled and she refused. Once she finished she again said she would not allow my daughter to finish her appointments with Bennett dentistry. The nurse was kind and could see how heartbroken my daughter was and told her she had done nothing wrong and she was great and walked us out. I had heard great reviews for other doctors there but I’m devastated by the way myself and my daughter were treated by Dr. Audrey. My daughter is now extremely upset and cried the whole way home saying that the dentist hates her. UNPROFESSIONAL!"
