"My doctor sent through a prescription as an ER follow up yesterday. I called around 4 for an ETA and was told 'no more than 45 minutes'. Come to call in the morning and they claimed to not have my insurance along with being out of stock and they didn't bother to actually call me and let me know. Incredibly frustrating for emergent medication."

"Wondering if there is not a better way to get meds delivered without infringing on customer time and energy? Customer calls in meds and is called or texted back when meds are ready. Fine! The problem arises when calling for delivery one has to call the next day AGAIN to set up time. Wish the time could be set up when I call for delivery the first time. All other service has been top notch."

"HEB for the save. My Dr. called an Rx into CVS. After a few calls to CVS and 7 hours wasted, I was finally told (at 6pm) that they were out of the antibiotics and that I needed to call around to other CVS’s myself to try and locate it. The other locations were out as well. I phoned HEB and inquired if they were in stock. The helpful man said yes and that he would call the CVS location himself and have my antibiotics transferred by closing time. 1 hour later, I received a text from HEB saying my Rx was available for pickup. I’m moving my pharmacy needs for my entire family of 7 to HEB because of their customer service and helpfulness."
