TruCare Pharmacy 2000 Crawford Street, Houston, TX 77002

"I wanted to support a local pharmacy but this pharmacy is unprofessional. My doctor sent an RX over that had to be ordered and the day I was told it would be ready I called multiple times and no one answered so I showed up and the woman working said she came to work late and missed the delivery. I then needed to refill the same RX and have called on 3 different days at different times with no answer or call back. I called CVS to have them transfer my prescription over to their pharmacy and they couldn’t even get a hold of anyone so I had to call my doctor and have them send a brand new script over to CVS. This type of behavior is unacceptable in healthcare and I hope they are able to fix their issues or if I am the only customer experience this I am unsure why."
