"Many years at this location...really sad Numerous times Rx phoned in and I am left a message Rx is ready or a partial Rx is ready and when I get there nothing. Sad..2 days later pickup or sometimes it has been returned bad the wait starts again so sad. I telephoned to refill a Rx yesterday and was placed on hold 45 minutes and it hung up. Nothing is regularly updated, Thank God I fill 90 days and refill b4 completely out of meds. Dirty, rude, I could go on and on. SAD SAD SAD"
"We’ve been waiting 40 minutes for our 5:30p vaccine appt. The lady next to us is still waiting for her 5p appt & it’s after 6p. There’s at least 12 people here waiting & everyone behind the counter is chatting about what they’re doing this weekend. I’ve asked twice what the hold up is & the rude person behind the counter told me I have to wait when I go to the doctors office. Whatever you do, don’t come here."
"I like this Walgreens conveniently located in the Northeast Marketplace Shopping Center on the northbound Eastex Fwy service road @ Little York. The store is clean with good merchandise presentation and few out of stocks. The store is well staffed with friendly and helpful associates. Everyday prices at Walgreens are high; but they run weekly sales with substantial discounts on hundreds of items."
"I am calling to transfer my prescriptions from downtown Walgreens to this location. Have been on hold 40 minutes. This is my 2nd attempt. Was "disconnected" after 20 minute wait the first time. Now someone keeps picking up and putting the phone back down!!! Horrible!!! Don't want to even transfer now!!"
"On 11/5/18 I went to Walgreens Pharmacy on Little York and 59N and received the worst service ever. I went to pick up my daughters medicine and they were not able to find her Molina Chip Health Care active but before going I made sure her insurance was working and active. The lady that "helped" me was already in a bad mood when she started helping me. When she first checked the insurance she said it was not active and I tried giving her a print out from the yourtexasbenefits website were it shows active and she ignored me and did not even bother to look at my papers. Then she acted like she was checking something on her computer for like 3 minutes and was not saying or communicating with me at all. After that she just left me standing at the counter and started helping another customer. I asked her if she was going to leave me there and did not get a response back from her. I asked her to give it to me cash since she was not able to find the CHIP active and I was still getting ignored by her. Then she told her coworker to help me because she was refusing to help me. I asked for her name and she said she was not going to give me her name. When I asked them to call the Manager they called the store Manger Yolanda. Yolanda did not want to give me her name either and she gave me a phone number to call to put in a complaint because the pharmacy was not her department. The lady that everybody there at Walgreens refused to give me work the afternoon shift and was African American and this happen around 7:00pm. This lady needs to get a customer service training! because I felt ignored and did not get the medicine and went home with a bad headache and the most important my daughter is still sick with out her medicine still. I was also told by the Eligibility and the CHIP member service that the doctor office and the pharmacy should be able to pull the insurance info even if you do not have your insurance card!!"
