The other day I was on hold for 27 mins before I finally gave up. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt but when the service is this TERRIBLE every single time…. "Terrible wait times in the drive-thru pharmacy. If the customer is going to take 30 mins at the window, the tech can courteously ask them to pull to the side or pull back around. People are covid testing through the window and holding up the line for people that just want to pick up meds. Ugh!"
"Pretty consistently messes up prescription orders. They will also call you and tell you it is ready, but when you show up to pick it up they tell you they have not even looked at it yet or once they said they didn't even have any in stock."
