"Be prepared to have to pay duplicative co-pays, to not receive your full prescription and for Walgreens to fill refills without your authorization. Walgreens representative gave me a partial script and stated that I would not need to pay again to receive the remainder of my new prescription. Walgreens representatives made decisions about my health treatment without consulting me or my caring physician and have since refused to completely fill my prescription. In order to receive my medication, Walgreens representatives filled a refill of my new prescription without my authorization. I will now need to contact my physician for another refill to complete my treatment plan, all while Walgreens gets to charge me extra co-pays and my insurance for medication that I would not had otherwise needed had Walgreens properly filled my new prescription."
