"The people working at the pharmacy here have absolutely zero customer service ability and don't care about the customers one bit. Made an appointment for COVID vaccine for my daughter. Per the instructions, we arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. Had to wait ONE HOUR and 15 minutes. People were asking for their kid's vaccination cards and leaving without getting the second dose out of frustration. The folks working here have no concept of what appointments mean!!"
