"Jennifer, African Pharmacy tech Very rude and dismissive. I tried calling to order wegovy for my patient. She argued with me on the phone, telling me the medication was on backorder. Wegovy is no longer on backorder and need to be ordered. If she stops to listen it would make her job easier and mine as well."
"Whoever is the woman answering the phone is really rude, I told her I was waiting for 20 minutes on hold and she raises her voice and says they are busy, I understand being busy but there is no reason for her to raise her voice. And when she did answer she kept putting me on hold after every sentence and hung up without even letting me talk."
"I was out of blood pressure medicine and it was a Saturday. The pharmacist spoke with me check me records and gave me three pills to last until Monday. Then my insurance I was not eligible for a refill until the next day. The pharmacist was understanding and once again gave me three pills. I was beyond appreciative."
