"No Stars. Told me my epipen prescription would be $595.72. I said no, my copay is $20. Is there a generic? They said yes, but that would be over $300. I called my insurance. They said SuperCare did not process the claim correctly. I only need to pay $20 for generics. I changed my prescription to CVS. SuperCare is either 1) incompetent and you don't want them processing your prescription or 2) they tried to cheat me and get me to pay full price for an epipen. DO NOT TRUST THEM."
"This place is unprofessional service, my doctor send the prescription to this pharmacy, but they didn't receive. I gave them information of doctor to contact immediately because I need the medicine to take after leaving the hospital. They didn't response me for few hours, I called back them and the reason they were busy so they couldn't call to my doctor ????? I asked them if you couldn't call, you have to let me know. I think if you are a pharmacist, you should have reponsibility with the job you work."
