"The people complaining about terrible service are the same self entitled jerks you encounter on the streets and highways in Houston. They want it NOW! Please pay no attention their reviews. Then are just ignorant and think the pharmacy is there only for them. I have gotten Rx here for 4 years. They always work out any issues very quickly. Whats up with dude whining about a person hitting him? Was this a real pharmacy complaint? Do the math and read his violent comment about nothing to do with the pharmacy. Man up dude"
"After speaking to an employee in the morning who said that I had 4 prescriptions ready for pickup; I went to the store and was told that only 1 was there. I told the clerk that I had a long conversation with the lady that morning explaining that I was very ill and needed my blood pressure and other meds and that I would be coming thru the drive thru to which she said no problem. The Poor attitude in which this pharmacy handles prescription filling is a perfect illustration of Poor Customer Service. Justin has a constant bad attitude. There is only a couple of employees including the female pharmacist that have positive attitudes. With this knowledge of this pharmacy in mind; being treated poorly and having to wait extraordinarily long was still Poor Customer service."
"The Asian lady in the pharmacy is very rude. She told me one thing on the phone and then when I arrived at the pharmacy she stated that she remembered speaking me to me but denied saying what she said! She flat out lied. I guess to protect herself since she gave me wrong information. Then, when I asked her a question she actually laughed and dismissed me. She is extremely unprofessional."
"I have been going to this store's Pharmacy since it first opened years ago. One thing has always been consistent, their caring and their hard work. Not only do they always know my name, they do care when they ask How are you doing? In a time where the fast buck seems to always count the most it is nice to know they will be their for all of us who have learned to count on the Kroger name and honesty,"
